Hey! Already the second post in June! I'm making progress! Anyway, like I said in last post, I absolutely love 17's Monochrome. First I wanted to make skittles with stamping, but I was kind of lazy so I ended up to monochrome again. But black and white glitters look amazing with neon colors!
Nail polishes I used:

Wild&Crazy-Neon Melon
Wild&Crazy-Orange
Depend- Neon red (I can't read the number anymore)
Model's Own- Purple Passion
