Models Own: Grey Day

Hi ya! Here's my NOTD:

For the base I used Models Own's Grey Day and for the tips Claire's Cosmetics' black. For the decorations I used black Nail Art Pen.

I don't know whats wrong with my tips, but they look so shabby in this picture. :o IRL they aren't shabby at all! :o
